In case if payment procedure fails, the refund procedure will be followed in the same process in which payment was done within the 15 working days from the date of purchase.

If the customer returns the product due to defects, the refund decision will be solely taken by Monica Herbal without any intervention of customers. The refund process shall be followed in the same method in which the payment was done within the 15 working days from the receipt of defective product.

Cancellation and Return Policy

We do not accept the returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. If product is defective then one can request for the return within the 7 days from the date of purchase. Monica Herbal reserves the right to make decision on accepting the returns by defining the manufacturing defects in the product.

If product does not have any manufacturing defect then it cannot be returned after the purchase.
